The process below describes System Security Assignment of Users access to Profit Centre time sheet data.

The System Security – Assign User Profit Centre menu item is where you assign profit centre access to a user.

The “Time sheet detail report by Profit Centre” will only return data the user has permission to access. When timesheet data is created, the profit centre assigned to the user at the time the data was created is stored in the database. It is this profit centre that is filtered and returned based on user access to that profit centre.

4) Assign User Profit Centre Form

Licensing – users are to be licensed for the ORG module, this can be found under Settings then click User Licensing , set a billing account for the user. For more info see Knowledge Base Article -> User Licensing

System Security – Roles – requires the System Security Roles menu item be set up first. This can be found under Settings – System Security then click Roles . For more info see Knowledge Base Article -> System Security Roles
